Story Synopsis

Shadows of the Sun

Set in the sun-bleached landscapes of Andalucía, Spain and rooted by the soulful narration of gypsy vocalist Jesus Montoya, Shadows of the Sun guides the viewer on a poetic journey through the inner world of a matador de toros — his memories, dreams, passions, rituals, and darkest fears of death in the afternoon.
